  • One of our team visits your home with material samples across all three options, timber, stained and PVC and takes precise measurements of each window. We'll talk through louvre sizes, configurations and colour options so you can see exactly what you're choosing before anything is ordered.

  • Every shutter is made to your exact window dimensions, there's no off-the-shelf sizing with plantation shutters. Once you've confirmed your selection, we place the order and give you a clear timeline for installation. You'll know exactly what's happening and when.

  • Every shutter we supply is measured and fitted by our own installers, not subcontractors. Plantation shutters need to sit level, open cleanly and close flush. We don't leave until every panel operates exactly as it should.
